At Energized Fitness your goals are important to us. We don’t believe in one size fits all training. Our comfortable suits do not limit movement and there are no restricting wires!

Innovative new technology

Our innovative new technology has 5 training settings to maximise your training. We always start with a special warm up and end with a massage function to prevent injury or overtraining. These 5 minutes are not counted as part of your 20 minutes training time.

Cardio and power or HIIT

Switch between cardio and power or HIIT in a single session. A trained physiotherapist will work out a special program to suit your needs and accommodate any weaknesses or aches and pains.

Your choice

Choose where and how you want to train and we will make it happen. The sky is the limit, we can dance, box, run, cycle, do weight lifting as we are not tied to a machine. As long as you have the receiver on your belt, you can travel away from us to train but still receive impulse for the full training period set up. This is perfect for last minute Comrades or Argus training if you do not have the time to do the hours. Achieve in 20 minutes what you would do in 1,5 to 2 hours.
